Yes. After switching it on, the Glow Bottle reminds you every 30 minutes to drink enough.

- White flashing: It's time to drink.
After four hours, the device automatically switches to energy-saving mode. It can be reactivated by pressing the button or gently shaking the bottle.
The integrated motion sensor detects typical movements such as lifting, tilting and drinking. If no drinking activity is detected for a longer period, the light reminder activates automatically.
